Hannah Foster is a third-year law student at the University of Louisville Louis D. Brandeis School of Law and a Law Clerk at Forman & Associates. She holds a B.A. in Journalism and Spanish, with a minor in Legal Studies, from Western Kentucky University and is a commissioned Kentucky Notary Public. With extensive experience in personal injury intake, pre-litigation, and civil litigation, Hannah brings a strong foundation in client communication, case evaluation, legal research, case management, and litigation support to the firm. Her experience working directly with injured individuals has developed her particular interest in advocating for those who have been harmed through the negligence of others.
Prior to joining Forman & Associates, Hannah gained extensive experience in personal injury intake and case evaluation, working directly with prospective clients to investigate potential claims. She has also gained hands-on experience with case development, drafting legal documents and correspondence, reviewing medical records and case materials, conducting legal research, and supporting attorneys throughout the litigation process. Her experience across multiple stages of personal injury cases has given her valuable insight into both the legal process and the challenges injured clients face while navigating medical treatment and insurance claims. Passionate about litigation and trial advocacy, Hannah plans to pursue a career as a personal injury trial attorney following graduation.
Hannah is very involved in law school, serving as Director of Events for the Student Bar Association, President of the Appalachian Law Caucus, and a Senior Staff Editor of the University of Louisville Law Review.
