administrative experience to Forman & Associates. He has been supporting attorneys and clients in Kentucky, Indiana, and federal courts. He also brings extensive knowledge of matters from pre-litigation through trial, including case management, legal document preparation, electronic filing, legal research, trial preparation, and client communication.

Throughout his career, Mark has worked with respected Kentucky law firms, including
Isaacs & Isaacs, the Law Office of Senator David Yates, and the Tony Colyer Law Office. At Isaacs & Isaacs, he gained valuable trial experience and played an important role in resolving a $2 million case. At the Law Office of Senator David Yates, he helped improve client communication and file organization, and at the Tony Colyer Law Office, he supported attorneys across multiple practice areas. Known for managing complex caseloads, maintaining organized case files, coordinating court filings, and keeping clients informed, Mark has been a trusted member of every legal team he has served.

Mark also served as a Vendor Qualification Analyst and Contract Administrator with Samtec, where he managed vendor screening, contract documentation, and stakeholder communications. That experience strengthened his skills in project management, contract administration, and cross-functional collaboration.

After spending 30 years in manufacturing, Mark earned an associate degree in paralegal studies from Ivy Tech State University and built a second career in the legal profession. He is proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Google Workspace, electronic filing and legal document management platforms, and case management systems including Needles and Clio. Mark brings a strong work ethic, professionalism, attention to detail, and a client-first approach to his work, helping legal teams operate efficiently while ensuring clients receive responsive and dependable support.
